Couple recommend it for a central stay

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Andrea who always had a smile on her face! The breakfast was simple yet fulfilled exactly what we needed to start our day right before exploring, full of good choices.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was acceptable.

The towels were replaced daily without request.

The cramped shower space needs rethinking!!! The inconsistent communication from staff could use some improvement!!! The limited bar service hours definitely leave room for enhancement!!! Don't expect modern furnishings either, as they seem well overdue for updates!!!

this stay was better than my previous visit to prague. our room was spacious and boasted excellent air conditioning, making the hot summer days manageable. the breakfast exceeded expectations with a variety of fresh options, providing a great start for our daily adventures.

I loved my stay, especially the cozy lounge area where I relaxed with a book and the lovely terrace perfect for soaking up the sun. The hotel also had a nice pool and a small gym to unwind after a day exploring. Just a heads up, the coffee at breakfast could use a little boost, but overall, it was a great experience! ☀️

Charming, charming, charming

I was blown away by the spacious Double or Twin Room which had excellent air conditioning, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, featuring a variety of tasty treats that changed daily, keeping me excited every morning! Everything was impeccably clean, and the staff even surprised me with an upgrade that made my experience feel luxurious!

Strategically located close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room featured a fridge and large windows, ensuring a spacious feel while being surprisingly quiet despite the street view.

The exterior lacks charm, giving off a drab first impression. Bed comfort is hit or miss. I encountered severe wear in the mattress that felt like a crater. Showers are cramped with inconsistent water pressure, adding frustration during morning routines. Breakfast, while varied, sometimes lacked the freshness expected.

I spent five nights in a Double or Twin Room. The room had a nice size but the mattress was sagging, causing discomfort during the nights. The shower setup left a lot to be desired. it was cramped and difficult to maneuver, especially with the awkwardly placed tap. The quality of breakfast varied each morning. some days offered a great selection while on others, it seemed less appealing. The staff cleaned my room daily and provided fresh towels, which I appreciated, but I encountered a bit of dust in common areas. One evening, I requested a drink at the bar, but it took much longer than expected due to the staff juggling multiple roles. I enjoyed the location, it was close to trams and within walking distance to major sights like Old Town square. A much-needed improvement would be for management to address the furniture in the rooms and enhance staff training, especially for bar service.

I spent five nights in a spacious and impeccably clean Double or Twin Room. The attentive staff promptly arranged for me to switch rooms when the air conditioning in my first room had issues. The breakfast here was incredible, offering a rotating selection including fresh fruits and pastries, ensuring that each morning was unique. The location is conveniently just a short walk from the city's main attractions, making sightseeing hassle-free. The only downside was that I wished for a stronger coffee option during breakfast.

Breakfast was a delightful start to each day with a cozy room and welcoming staff. You can't go wrong with that! The location is a goldmine—right near unique eateries like Cafe Arte and DuHa Sushi, perfect for culinary explorers.

You do have to fuss with your key for the front door, which feels a bit clunky. And while the bar's limited hours can put a damper on evening plans, everything else shines bright.

The location is perfect for wandering around. I loved having a mini fridge in the room. Great to keep drinks cold. Loved the spacious feel of our room, too! Had a fantastic time overall.

Felt really welcomed, no complaints at all.
